RE: SAC not hurt by BoliviaYep, and with new mining regulations and constitution respecting pre-existing mineral rights coming out this month, things are looking up.
Look for a custom milling arrangement to be announced as APE says they will go that route to get a head start on cash flow and to reduce initial capital cost. They'll still go with fully developing their mine, but will phase into it by starting out with custom milling.
