RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Trading Totals - Canadian ExchangesThey get them by converting a debenture at which point HALO issues them new shares (based on the share count at last two short shares updates it looks like HALO is currently issuing 20 Mil new shares a month). We only find out when they release an Early Warning Report in the news or an Alternative Monthly report on Sedar. I can only guess at this Mornings trading but logic says its either GTO or ABO setting the conversion price for another 2.5 Mil debuture
