Notice and Management Info circular....Out of the five Nominees....only two actually have some skin in the game>: Anmol Sidhu and Quinn Field-Dyte. Even though their holdings are small they have my vote. Unfortunately most holders will not be bothered to vote on the nominees or the concolidation....so it will pass. Because of a lack of participation by shareholders....the company gets to do whatever it wants regardless of whether it is not in the best interests of the shareholdres ....consolidation solidly is NOT. It is a virtual move to make the stock look more valuable without any underlying increase in value. This practice should be outlawed.
