Share count has increased to 15,572,871 as of this morning. ABO still hanging on to the 12.4 Mil chit. AT current prices that represents  a 65 Mil share count increase and another share consolidation.

Share price likely to be .03 by the end of the month. Akanda shares come out of lock up in Sep. Based on comments in the last Fin Report Halo intends to sell shares of Akan rather than giving them to Halo share holders. Hopefully this will come with a change in the reliance on ABO for future financing and the associated share dilution.

Where do you see the share price if safe gets passed?

I don't see the price going anywhere until Alpha Blue Ocean (ABO) is out of the picture. At present it looks like  they spend all month shorting the stock and using a 2.5 Mil debenture to cover their shorts at the end of the month, at the lows. Then they start again shorting the price down The 2.5 Mil monthy draw was scheduled for 24 months in March so this can go on into 2024 if Halo

What if there is a catalyst ? Do you think the price will respond accordingly? If there is a catalyst what price do you see this reaching? Also, where do you see the shares are increasing from 10K to 14K to 15.5K? Could you please share link /?

As long as ABO is in the picture the share price will only go down IMO. The share count you can work out from Halo's NEO listing. It shows current Market Cap against share price. Divide Market Cap by share price to get current number of shares
