U.S companies rising fast - Fannie and Freedie bai

This is a very nice catalyst for Northstar.  A big rise for U.S based stocks.  Not only that ,Texas is the most BOOMING state in the U.S ,and Houston is the most booming city in the most booming state.  At this price - I just don't  get it - has to be fund redemptions  -they don't want to sell they have to - the market has shot too far down - 33% yield - unreal.
