Funy how no other minority partners are involved

Funy how no other minority partners are involvedAfter thinking about this, the one fact that really speaks to the credibility of this lawsuit is that Brad Kovnat filed alone.  This isn't a class action for the minority investors in the partnership.....and doesn't even involve any other minority party in the Palladium Partnership.....it's just Kramer's cousin Kovnat.  Why aren't other minority partners filing suit....or filing as a class in this suit?

Also, maybe some good could come out of this, maybe this frivilous lawsuit will give the arbitrator a reason to split-up the Palladium Partnership and remove Kramer and his related entities from all of NHC's business and interests.  For instance, allow NHC to buy Kramers interest in the Palladium Houston (at the pro-rated price Kramer was offering for NHC stock in 2009)....and retract NHC's right to purchase an interest in The Palladium Dallas and leave that for Kramer to control.
