Bruce Mitchell accumulated 382,400 more shares of NHC @ $1.07 according to INK research:

It states the transaction date was 3/5, but I assume that's the sum of his transactions up through 3/5 since we only traded 66,400 shares on Friday.

It seams he's not detered by cousin Brad's lawsuit.
