RE: RE: RE: No old A/R collections yet?

RE: RE: RE: No old A/R collections yet?Well, it's ashame you didn't ask those questions during the conference call, or call Investor Relations with your questions before making your decision.

I think the company was quite clear in addressing the receivables, it was clearly stated as $2.3M.  I haven't looked at the details of how they accounted for it, I'm generally content to trust the accounting is correct if the statements were audited, which I'm most certain these year end numbers were.

As for what the value of the claim against Dr. Kramer is, I can understand that they don't want to make that public because it's not a hard fixed number and is subject to drastic changes based on the arbitration proceedings.  What they will tell you is that the claim relates to the price NHC was charged for their stake in the Palladium partnership, so that should give you some idea of the ceiling.  The fact that these A/R issues with "non-partner physicians" date back prior to the IPO also tells me they have a strong case.

So, it is what it is, but I would suggest you keep this on watch in the June/July time frame, there could be some fireworks here then :)

Good luck!
