I'm very bullish on this stock and have been in it when it was since well below a dollar. however, there is a lot of truth in what EntwinedChart says. the private placement was nothing but a self serving vehicle for Don Kramer and Harry Fleming to unload shares. as for fundraising that was an excuse for the PP. i'd closely monitor Kramer and Fleming selling activities. every time they've done a PP, the stock has been mired in a rut for quite some timeeven when they did back when it was aroudn 40 cents. i do find their restatement for 2016 to be useless and suspicoous considering all the ptential acitiveies down the road. i give credit to the mgmt team but they are also very self serving (and please no cries that they deserve t be).
