In order to put those " fake" asks in, asas you call them, The seller has to have either enough margin or the shares in order to place the ask. If this was really going to go or if it made a difference, someone could go in and hit all the ask, and either leave the seller crying or happy. It's a game the quicker we get used to it the better.
