a. OIL is way lower - big money is concentrating on OIL
b. FED meeting started so people will take pause and see what is direction on interest rates. This is critical and will cause UP/DOWN movement of 5 to 10%. Rally starts late afternoon....

a. Mgmt did not provide update of special committee to investigate. That said they did provide pro comments for Q3 conf date of 11-Nov - read it for yourself
