I would believe, NHC management  must be more eager than anyone else to see this auditing gets closed soonest. 

Also a reminder never short a stock which is already down and tested lows at 75% from recent highs. Irrespective this stock is now due for 40% pop which could happen next week if Q3 audit is filed by end of Monday.
