Yes.. and certainly a near 500% earnings growth Y/Y for QTR 1 is a bad thing? Duh!

HLTH's trajectory has reversed which is the type of data the funds invest in. Growth costs? Check-out the PE multiple on SHOP and the losses per share yet the revenue growth is excellent. Really the only issue with HLTH is why isn't the PE multiple higher. Asnswer is: SHORT ATTACK.
