RE:Expect a gap up mañana

I'm quoting my post for those who are entering and/or thinking of investing in HLTH.

Consider the 1+ year history of HLTH. The short attacks. Mgmt (MIS)feasance (and I say MISfeasance as opposed to (MAL)feasance because MIS denotes ignorance and MAL denotes fraud. There has IMO never been any fraudulent behaviour by management. In the cases of MISmanagment by the company, the cause has been a result of management's hubris that they are capable of all functions of the company. The figures have a wonderful way of judging their abiliities in this regard.This said, it takes a wise man / board / managment to realize when he / they're wrong. HLTH's employ of the new CFO was such acknowledgment. When you examine Nobilis on every metric of a GROWTH company, they meet or exceed the standards. The short vendetta, which has been the cause of their precipitous SP decline, has run it's course and proceeds at it's peril, as that market can no longer find rational justification to maintain a short position.
