Well said Dil. I'd like to add motivation for the sale by the vendor/principals of Elite can be many, not the least of which being.. realizing a cash profit for their best efforts to date while maintaining a significant minority interest. It's akin to selling 51% of your position in a stock with annual returns of 30-40% from your initial investment. Never wrong to take a profit. Isn't that right.
