At the annual general meeting we should work to come up with ways to remind him that the job of the CEO is to make sure every part of the business is going well. This whole idea of focus on revenue and growth is nonesense if all the rest of the business is falling down around it. He needs to do everything! That's his job! We need to remind him of that. That's our job.
