As far as marketing and acquisition goes that's not my area of expertise.
The surgical procedures however is a different story. Have you seen disectomy they do with the accurascope? It's actually amazing Rad. The spinal surgeries only make up about 12% of the business but you mentioned this in an earlier post. Here check out the proceedure. This is the one they have patiented at their North American Spine facility.

That patient was an EMT and I use to work as a paramedic so I can really relate to this seeing a lot of my former collegeaus suffer these injuries.

Granted none of this will really matter if these guys are working a back room scheme to take the company private. I just found it interesting.
