It will require patience though. It's also a business with a worldwide base of potential clients, especially considering the new commitments made by Trudeau and Biden regarding GHG emissions and climate change. KNR is a company where, 1. Management owns a fair share so they have skin in the game 2. Their tech solutions are not conceptual. They're real solutions that can be applied immediately and produce trackable results to the benefit of their clients. 3. The business is scalable worldwide presenting companies, including properties in REITs, with energy & cost savings. 4. In the era of COVID, any solution that can help buinesses save in overhead expenses is necessary for sustainability. All of this bodes well for KNR... The question then becomes, "how long do you want to hold for?" Otherwise, there's plenty of other opportunities for short-term gains. Just my take
