I still personally believe a lot of this pressure we've seen as of late is part accumulation but also a large part all the warrants and debentures that were called out in the Q3 financials that were converted to shares. 7.2M shares hit the market from Sept to Nov. (likely the minority in Oct and Nov) as these were converted and the market has absorbed.
I don't believe there is much left to convert but I haven't had a chance to review the history to see how much might left. I don't think much though based on the fully diluted float as some of the remaining must be for KNR execs.
Have a great weekend all!
Good Evening All,
Good to see that sp pickup towards end of day trading. On a very recent interview, Paul G indicated an approx 41 M shares on a fully diluted basis. A
current o/s share count is now @ 38.3M shares. Leaving us with
a balance of options/warrants/debentures equaling approx 2.7 M shares to be. Fair to say, most likely, Paul G will have a lot to say before Christmas. And I'm OK with that.
Next week should be very interesting indeed.
Have a great weekend, One & All,
Sincerely,
Topseeker
Wrapping things up for the
7 KNR Insiders holding options/warrants, there is
presently 998,958 options & 5,208 warrants being held. The 2 largest current option holders are as follows:
Andrew Bowerbank - 225,000 options
Claudio Del Vasto - 605,000 options
Thus the approx balance remaining that appears to be tying into the debentures is approx for 1.7M shares.
Giving us the approx 41M KNR shares fully diluted as indicated earlier by Paul G.
Best wishes to All, good health,
Sincerely,
Topseeker
