I also agree. Insert key into special slot on machine's exterior, UV light comes on, 20 minutes later COVID particles inside the chamber are fried and blasted out with air and you're good to go again. No opening box, no fiddling with internals, no going to the storeroom for a replacement chamber (or waiting days for a new one on order), no disposal issue, no $300. How people don't see this is beyond me. Hopefully KNR can and isn't just being greedy with visions of recurring revenues dancing in their heads.
