I am disappointed by seemingly the weak negotiating power or skill by KNR....and how that can carry into other negotiations.

Going by the NRs and tweets, I always thought Paul wanted a US investor, probably to help to get us more recognition down south. And going by past experience, the share price most often gets hammered down to a level where a new investor(s) are comfortable to take a good chunk of the company. Unfortunately, it almost always means existing shareholders take it up the azz. Just a reality of how things work, seen it many times. So I am not all that worried about it.
