I don't post at all, mostly a lurker, but Navajoe you remind me of my wife before she got help for her bipolar disorder. One day, KNR is the best, literally, 24 hours later, it is the worst.


They make meds to help take the highs off the top and even out the lows. You might be hanging on too tight.  


As someone who lives with someone with bipolar disorder, I hope you get the help you need.  I seriously mean that.  Take care
