Question about KNR share structure

Does anyone know how many warrant & options and their exercise prices of KNR outstanding?

What is clear from recent news that KNR insiders have been selling their option & warrants that they have already raised one million dollars. Nothing wrong with it to raise funds but I think This explains recent price weakness in the stock price.

Any input would be appreciated.

Best.

This quote is from recent news: ------------------ Strengthened Balance Sheet and Discussions for Additional Government Funding As of September 22, 2020, the Company has received approximately $1 Million in cash from the exercise of common share options and warrants which has strengthened Kontrol's balance sheet to advance BioCloud's commercialization. -------------------- Do we know ...more

no recent insider trading. Weakness is only due to ... lack of buying. LOL! Seriously, I'm not happy but I think it's normal. We did not fill the gap to 3$. We went high too fast. We'll have to be patient for a week or two

as of sept 11, there was 31,466,936 shares outstanding. As of sept 23, 32,422,447. It looks like around 1M warrants were converted

flight100 Where did you get the information that Insiders have sold options and warrants? As per SEDI, which is the website where insiders have to report all their transactions, there has NOT been any sales reported at all for 2020. please don't spread fake news Regards Jack

warrants are not necessarily for insiders. Anyone can get it from a Private placement and don't have to disclose it
Comment by flight100 on Sep 25, 2020 11:53am
Jack, I didn't mean that the insiders have sold any warrant shares but from news on Sept. 23 (see below), it is referring to the exercise of warrant & options. We know that the options are normally given to the insiders. For me, what is important is that we need to know any warrant or options left that haven't been exercised and also their exercise price and expiry date. Whether it ...more

flight, Warrants can be sold by anyone that bought the private placement but you were definitely implying that Insiders were selling so you can create some fear around the stock. Cmon let's me serious here. Why don't you go on SEDI next time before you post something on Insider Activity so people can take you seriously. It's public information and very easy to navigate Regards Jack ...more

Jack, 1) I own a big chunk of KNR shares and will be selling them at much higher price. 2) I have been trying to figure out about recent weakness in the price. Then as soon as I saw KNR news on Sept. 23, it was clear to me that some warrant/option shares) have been exercise. It doesn't matter whether it is from insiders or people who were part of PP. But it appeared that the management were ...more

Flight100, KNR has approx 8 million options and warrants outstanding, including a convertible debenture -- for strike prices well below the current price (ie. between $0.50 and $1.00 if memory serves). Look at the Q2 financials -- the exact strike prices are in there, near the end of the financial report. It's very likely that all of these options and warrants will be exchanged for shares ...more
