This is not correct.  But they plan to apply later this year or Q1 latest. And for the previous poster, KNR can go straight to the NASDAQ - no need for TSX listing first.  Cheers.   Shorts are finally covering today and KNR likes Thursday news releases.

I ended up exiting my position Friday at $4.80. Momentum was not looking good. Will sit on the sidelines and await news on successful approvals etc. The potential here is huge if approvals are received. If something goes wrong, and delays occur, we could be testing high $3s again. LTD1

I wouldn't dare exist my position right now.  The upside far outweighs any downside. You can take a bit off the table if you are skittish but existing entirely means you will miss the news when it halts. Personally I was waiting for a big ask lot and I never saw it to add to my position.   I didn't want to hit my order and drive the stock up 20 cents in the process.

I exited my position (5,500 shares) as it was not a big position. I hold huge positions in 2 other investments and have done very well on them. KNR is just play money for me. I agree that a halt can come at any time and I am comfortable with that. If the news is exceptional I am comfortable adding a much larger position even at double the current price. I'm still adding on these dips. A few million shares were added to the float over the last few weeks incase people haven't noticed. If csa is delayed I fully expect a pull back but I'm in til its yay or nay .. everything is lining up to have several NR in a row or together

Me too.  November sales were re-confirmed this past Saturday. If it drops because of a week delay in CSA approval... heck it's a buying opportunity. Don't mind a dip!

You people worry too much, even with CSA approval, I don't see much changing, we may go back to 5 bucks if lucky. We need orders to get the SP moving. And Indeed I do hope PG is right when he says the demand out-weighs the supply. I feel we have orders pending with the government which is good but I know the government well, and they are very complicating to deal with. I just hope its a smooth
