Anything under $5

Is the entry of a lifetime for this stock if you know how to wait 6 months this will see a triple digit share price imo.
Comment by canyousayiii on Dec 08, 2020 8:58pm
Triple digit stock price? Typo? Because even at $10 it would be a great deal, no? For that, they would have to start hitting that 20k unit monthly production and I dont think OES would be able to do that.
Comment by Edcando on Dec 08, 2020 9:33pm
I'm. Confused . Are you saying they'd have to hit 20k units a month to sustain $10?!!! I don't think you're saying that but if you are that's simply insane. No. If they hit 20k units even discounted 25% for large orders that would still be $160 million a month lol.12 months would equal = $1.92 billion in sales. I'm not saying they will or will not do that per month (or at ...more

Exactly.

On face value, 20K units a month sold seems incredible.  Impossible even. Just not gonna happen. Then you remember.  We are not talking for just a North American audience.  No, we are talking for an entire planet. And then, 20K units starts to seem very small indeed. In any event, at 5k units a month ( a huge disappointment) and 60,000 units annualy that is +$720,000,000 US in ...more

Edcando, I am saying that to hit triple digits we need to start hitting some pretty large monthly unit numbers....over 10,000 pick your prices, pick your sales multiples, pick your profit margins etc. But to really make it simple, if one thinks price will be over $100 in six months, it is nonsense to say it is a buy under $5. I am not as good of an investor as many millionaires on these boards but ...more

No let's not lose focus. You said they'd have to hit 20k units a month which is simply untrue. No need to make a long post saying what you said is something different than what you actually said. We can all read what you said. Now having said that. Is it going to be over $100 in 6 months?  It seems like one would think that impossible. I'm certainly not saying it will be that in 6 ...more

I said 20,000 units for a triple-digit stock price. I did not do deep calcs. 20k units would give over $2b annual revenues, $100 stock price is $4b market cap. Play around with whatever you want, but I would think it would be over 10k units per month to be realistic. Remind you, there is a stock with $1.5b market cap with less than half a million in quarterly sales, actually less than $100k in one ...more
Comment by Edcando on Dec 08, 2020 10:41pm
Dude why tf are you doubling down?! Give it up. It doesn't take "deep calcs" to figure you were wrong by a factor of 4 or 5.  In what works does $2B in sales (especially at good margins) equal a $4B market cap?! Again it would/will take nowhere near 20k units a month to reach 3 digits (much closer to like 5-6k). That's it. That's all I was saying. Never even said we' ...more

Dude, if you think commenting on the scenario that a stock is worth buying over $5 if it has potentialbto reach $100 in six months is "soft bashing" please provide me some of your stock picks. I know companies that trade at less than 1 times sales multiple. As a matter of fact KNR was not that far off earlier in the year. So if you think you can guarantee slap on a 4-5 sales multiple ...more

Well since we are on the subject... a $10 share price is only a $380M CAD market cap.  If we sell 10K units in all of 2021 so 800-900 units per month on average, I think we hit $10. yes incredible blue sky potential here but let's level set and get the first big order.  Any order of 1,000 units to me is a big order and will start the ball rolling to all the people in "talks ...more
Comment by canyousayiii on Dec 08, 2020 10:35pm
I agree. $10-$15. I am good with that for numbers that seem realistic. Without the core business that could be growing nicely. KNR is just a few years old.
Comment by DD34 on Dec 08, 2020 10:40pm
Sorry for starting this. The moral of my story is do not sell too early. You own the stock of your life. $15 is amazing but generational wealth potential exists here short term. Cheers guys. Lots of work to be done.
Comment by Edcando on Dec 08, 2020 10:49pm
No need to apologize IMO. A little exuberant in the timeline perhaps but you're not wrong on the mind blowing potential here. Potential is the operative word because we just won't ever know till we know one way or the other.  I trust Paul, and I can't see him saying 20k a month capacity (and that demand May outstrip supply) unless he means something at least closely resembling ...more

See, you are not keeping up with events. When Paul talked about the demand outstripping supply, it was in the short term. And you are not seeing the probability that the initial supply is likely not 20,000 units per month. That was an early figure thrown out and never confirmed. Sorry to put a dent in your armour..
Comment by Edcando on Dec 08, 2020 11:43pm
Le sigh. Dude. The only  thing to focus on here  here is that it will take nowhere near  20k frigging units a month to reach 3 digits. This is like a circle jerk with no happy ending. Let's just revisit this conversation in 3-6 months and we'll all know a lot more .
Comment by canyousayiii on Dec 09, 2020 12:03am
Agree. No happy ending. My perspective is that in terms of momentum this thing will gain will be based on the timing and amount of initial sales announcements to give us an idea of size of orders they will deem worthy of a separate newsrelease. Otherwise we may have to wait until the next quarterlies to have a glimpse of what smaller orders amounted to.

Minus the insults, I agree with you John.
Comment by DD34 on Dec 08, 2020 10:06pm
I'll be here for it gentlemen. Will you? Might take 10 months, whatever. A $4B Market cap isn't too far fetched. Unicorn set up here.
Comment by canyousayiii on Dec 08, 2020 10:32pm
I will be here because Paul is running this company for the long term expecting an acquisition a few years from now based on just their core business. Add the Biocloud and with the right focus and good performance on two or more fronts, there is no reason to not expect a sweeter end game (acquisition at a much higher price by a big player maybe in 2 years or sooner instead of 5ish).
