Uplisting to NASDAQ

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Wasn't Paul hoping to uplist KNR shortly? If so I believe the stock has to hit a min of three USDs a share? Obviously there are other requirements as well. Hopefully that would entail more goodness to come out shortly , to make this baby go up? Hopefully we will hear some news soon, whether it's the results about Biocloud or a new buyer/s. Here's hoping!

They never said the application for the uplisting will be soon. They only said they have the intention to prepare to apply in 2021. So if someone thinks it's for January, don't hold your breath. Re-read the press releases of Knr, they always say 'we anticipate', 'think' , and other vague terms with no real timelines associated. We will need patience... By the way ...more
