Employers' Safety 'Imperatives' re Covid/Vaccinations

MGMT, this can turn into a mess [political and otherwise] pretty quick... https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cnbc.com/amp/2020/12/07/covid-vaccine-update-your-boss-can-fire-you-if-you-refuse-the-coronavirus-shot.html Preserve people's rights while employing a 'system' which has the desired effect of ensuring a certain level of safety -- in particular in 'high contact's, high density environments (e.g. manufacturing). This could be a compelling and powerful case to firms and basis for an industry lobby to government that "there is a better way' to move forward. Also, the marketing 'competitive advantage' aspect has already been explored but not so much in the context of Detection Tech (I.e. BioCloud) vs. draconian vaccination 'policies' in private companies. Getting private firms to support BioCloud to government as they confront an evolving policy/regulatory context could be a major boon in the effort toward broader overall acceptance (ie within both private and public spheres) of this new tech.

So I am a bit confused at your response (at 2:30 AM no less). The lobbying I am referring to would be by manufacturing management groups to apply airborne detection to meet a public policy " ...more

I posted a link to that article strictly for the purpose of introducing that 'fraught' issue that seems to be emerging (most strongly in work environments) and proposing Airborne detection instal (by management who is responsible 'at law' for safety and public policy adherence) as a more sensible potential alternative -- along with say strictly voluntary vaccinations.  ...more

I stayed up late to agree with you and that's the thanks I get. Whatever. Check your time zone and re-read my post. Sheesh, what makes everyone here so on edge? I thought you were cool. To reiterate: vaccines good - compuslory vaccination, not good (for now). Biocloud - good. Management opting to compel labor to get vaccinated becuase that cost is externalized - not good. Management not ...more
