Wow lots of Negativity

This board has certainly turned to a negative point of view, which is understandable due to the lack of sales being announced.

I do have a comment regarding announcing you are selling part of your position and announcing a new position in a new competitor and copying articles surrounding that new product.

First off I have no idea how big your position in KNR is but everyone can see daily volume has been low. How is it beneficial to paste the board with negativity, articles on new competitors and then announce you are reducing your position.

Would you not be better off selling first? Are you hoping the price goes lower as you sell into it?

As for the new competitors using UV lights and filters to kill virus, I am not so sure how effective that would be. First off the HVAC system has two components with one providing air/heat to building than the other component draws air out. I am not sure this would prevent the spread of Covid-19 as the particles remain in the space and air exchange happens over time and I am sure it takes a great deal of time remove 100% of the old air and exchanging with new air. That is my concern.

All the best with selling, low volume, high manipulation, the share price will be moving lower until substantial sales announced.

I don't view it as benefical OR detrimental. This is a discussion board. I enjoy discussing the stock. Sharing my opinion. Hearing other people's opinions. I don't view this board in any way, shape or form as having any tangible effect on the stock price.

Just for kicks though, I am going to try to post nothing but positive comments for the next week and see if the SP takes off. It hasn't worked for Wilander, but maybe I will be the missing piece to the puzzle.

Cactus, I have no issue with anyone posting positive or negative sides. It is up to each reader to digest comments and use those comments to analyze their investment. My point is I cannot understand how you are helping yourself in regards to obtaining the highest possible share price as you liquidate your position. You may feel your comment have no impact but you truly under estimate how your

I very much enjoy reading your posts, and respect your opinions.  Simply put, I disagree with you that the comments on this board have an effect on the stock price, therefore I don't feel the need to "filter" my comments based on what I personally want the SP to do. I'm not kidding. You talked of owning commercial space with high end tenants and you had considered purchasing ( I recall you said 3) Biocloud units. That was some time ago. Did you buy them?
