Question

Don't kill me for this question, but I must ask. Once we get on the TSX will these games continue? Are these types of trading practices normal on the bigger exchanges? I'm new to this game (only started investing in May 2020) and I've heard from a few people that it will stop and others say it won't. What do people here think?

Your fortune or misfortune over time will mostly depend on company results. It is not the games on the CSE that are keeping the stock from double digits. KNR is still thinly traded i have not seen 6, 7, 10 cent spreads regularly on other CSE stocks. Our frustration is due to the low SP. If we were moving a buck or two up and down hovering at all time highs, it would be a different sentiment. As I ...more

There are two sides. I am in the camp that being on the TSX or Naz will definitely be a better place for us.  No question. It is better regulated, not full of the same boiler room, risky plays and the type of trading/traders that go with it. There is a reason instutional funds will not rouch a stock in the CSE regardless of the potential.  They will wait and pay more for it to go on a ...more

No one is killed for asking questions here... only condescended to. ;) No, the game never stops. It is a bit worse here though.

People can say anything, it doesn't matter where you're listed. One of the big differences is that it brings a whole new set of eyes, institutions and fund companies that can look at the story and invest since it considered more reputable, more liquidity and more stringent rules.
Comment by wilander on Feb 27, 2021 7:32pm
And institutions and fund companies tend to not be trading the stock day after day, week after week. They buy things they think will grow and allow them to do that.  They invest and hold. Taking the shares out of in and out traders that proliferate the CSE is a big deal.

Game players will play games on any exchange if they think they can make money.  GME is on the NYSE and it was 140% shorted.  Blatant buck naked shorting on the biggest exchange in the world.  Hopefully with a move to the TSX KNR's share price stops exhibiting behaviour that gives the game players confidence that they can play their games with impunity, but the only way that' ...more

I hardly think Naz first, but honestly dont care.  TSX and/or Naz.   Just get off the CSE.  Now.
Comment by Freddy6980 on Feb 28, 2021 10:27am
They are going to Nasdaq it's not even a discussion
Comment by wilander on Feb 28, 2021 10:32am
But it is much easier to go to the Naz once already on the TSX  -- and we are a Canadian company -- so my bet is still TSX first.  That's my logic, anyway.
Comment by canyousayiii on Feb 28, 2021 10:34am
For the sake of discussion, my recollection is that Paul said they intend to uplist this year. He did not give an indication when. He did mention TSX listing and thrn said that once a company is listed on TSX, listing on Nasdaq is easy. I am presuming because much of the similar paperwork has been collected. So, Freddy, if you want no discussion, you have to be a credible information provider.

There are a lot of things that would be nice to hear from the company. Many of them are not secrets or can be disclosed in such a way. A higher share price is good for the company as it gives it more tools. A higher share price not supported by developments behind the scenes is good.....in the very short term....horrible for the long term. We need to start hearing things more often at this stage ...more

If Paul amd the company was interested in the TSX route it would have already happened. They hired the MM to go to Nasdaq they added the board member to go to Nasdaq they need a few more items to be eligible to be checked before the apply but if you listen to Paul he wants that U.S.A. money/exposure all of the above and if Biocloud is the game changer that most if us here think it is then it only ...more

If someone considers Freddy a fool it's because he posts foolish things.  Example: trying to characterize as fact his bogus claim that KNR will not uplist to TSX.  KNR has said itself it will uplist to TSX. From KNR's Dec. 16, 2020 NR: Uplisting to TSX, NASDAQ The Company's board of directors has authorized management to review the process to graduate the Company from ...more

Don't forget boys, there's different tiers on the NAZ, and if we are going it's probably the lowest one.

You don't lose until you sell you don't gain unless you sell so we aren't selling. I am not pumping to be quite honest I am not happy with the lack of Transparency and I won't invest more but I will give the company Q2 to see what they do.
