This stock had more than its share of big news. Most of the "good" that got many to invest did not materialize. As for Biowater, municipalities that wanted to track covid, for example, through waste water had technologies available for a couple of years at least. Not real time, but it does not sound like there was much urgency. You can do things to get results on anything faster
