To this point, legal action is potentially imminent and the Exchange has been informed. From what I have uncovered, he seems to be a shady individual with him and Zeta Ceti involved in an cannabis fraud case in Oregon. Mann has also been involved in many legal issues with the BC Supreme Court being sued by former employees and the kicker, Mann deceived an individual while he was on his deathbed and took his company from him...that company was Hasting Tactical.
