However,from the CSE standpoint, with the stock only at $0.04 there is little risk to the shareholders. The CSE is not responsible NOR do they care about the f$#caked up history & deception that is the culture of AMS & what we loosely refer to as "management",
basically a CEO with a shady past & no business achievements.
However denying any kind of progress or positive reinforcement of the Indigenous community is not good political business. Regardless of the required CSE guidelines there is ALWAYS some subjective input from management at the CSE.
denying this approval could be suicidal for some VP"s at the CSE.
