People have limited funds to invest. There are so many more opportunities out there that parking your money in this POS makes you look stupid. We have stated the facts on why we think this is a poor investment. Your only rebuttle has been to say we are dwelling on the past. You have given no reasons why someone should take the risk on this one other than empty platitudes on how great the property is and how great new management is without providing any "meat" to back up your claims.
