We need undeniably great news
Something to take shares off market and something to bring buyers to the table. Without news we won't see aggressive buying. You cant outbuy the sellers after a 2 year halt without the weight of the market. Patient buyers are waiting for bottom or news to give the momentum to offset the exiters. This needs a bit of positive energy to reinvigorate the shareholders. I expected massive exit pressure so its a win to see most are waiting for Paul to bring something market... if we get something substantial or better yet a massive deal that could surprise market we could create a bull trend. It's in Paul's hands now..

I couldn't say it any better! Man, glad to see you've been doing your due diligence as well here. If only some of those negative and haters would get out of their circle and go out and figure their own due diligence they would see what we see, lol. The day will come when these haters realize that we were right and they were wrong, i kinda feel sorry for them thou. : )

Mr. Green I think your confused? I believe your referring to the old CEO who put us in this mess to begin with! You have the option to sell if you wish, there will be buyers to take your shares. Move on if it makes you feel better! If I recall there was some mention that Mr. Green may be the previous CEO, could it be sour grapes?

"Once an acquisition agreement has been secured" We have such a long storied history of expired LOI's. What are we paying for the acquisition with? We have no cash and cannot currently raise any. Any company that would take AMS shares for giving up their "asset" is likely on its last breath anyways.
