Let’s Continue With An Intelligent Discussion As To Long Nat
First i agree that the numbers being thrown around appear to be out of whack. But let's look closer at rationalizing All Nations (ANc) rationalization.
First ANC is taking a very long term approach. Being a Indigenous people their future, to a large extent, is predetermined.
All Nations will never relocate anywhere as their a Land Rights are fixed. ANC has already proved that they can Cultivate cannabis and are successfully selling their crops in 3 locations on reservation lands. We have to assume profitably with a built in price advantage.
Next the CEO is quoted as wanting to assist indigenous people. Growing,selling allows them to employ Band residents today and in the future. History tells us that indigenous people have had some hardship maintaining gainful employment for their people on an ongoing business. ANC can help solve this issue.
Why a dysfunctional group like AMS to partner with and go public?
Fact is (if I were them) i would not want to partner too soon with other Corporate types that might actually 'eat them up'. ANC may realize they have a profitable model but may feel i'insecure' in their ability to have the existing Business Acumen and/or internally experienced educated resources to move forward in this new environment. Today ( thus is not a knock but probable reality).
So....working with a very small 'unthreatening' group like ANS works for now.
Remember that ANC will still actually own ALL their assets so they lose nothing.
Long term ANC can encourage or hire future indigenous personnel who may get the formal a Business educations required in the future to eventually run the company.
There is no rush for ANC. ONLY us small investors are immediately worried about seeing an increased share price to sell and move on!
ANC has already indicated they have targeted an additional 30 locations to 'franchise' thir model with any of the 600+ Bands across Canada.
IF I was ANC I would like to buy up the existing shareholders over time. There is not a poster here who would not consider selling major shares at a price if $0.50.. Me included.
It has been alluded to that ANC has filed for a Health Canada License & they are close to getting it.
Finally let's LOOK AT TODAYS Environment !,,, The Feds are springing for 20 Million+$$$ for Black Entrepeners.
How far can Federal money be behind for Indigenous Entrepreuners ?.
So the ANC deal looks unique but they are in it for the long term & Cannabis is not going away !,,
So let's go along for the ride !,,,,,

Graphite - do folks here know you got busted on the FAT.C board in a blatant lie- saying they "hit the big one" when in fact the company was broke and never even had an active exploration program going on? The fact you are posting here does not look good for AMS credibility. Just saying is all.
