Potential Reasons Why ANC Might Choose AMS
True that there is probably no confirmed answer that we have so let's look at pure speculative reasons for the deal.
1) Using AMS as a shell is probably accurate It is a timely and expensive process for ANC to start from ground zero.
2) ANC,while successful, may not have the wherewithal to proceed by themselves. If they are insecure in any way about their abilities the very last thing they would want to do is to get into bed with some heavy duty corporate types. Especially even out if the BC region,
3) AMS is non threatening to ANC. Look at the deal! ANC gets a public company basically for free!, With the share issuance ANC will own 90+% of the new company so what do they really give up?profile for any influence. with the Federal Government.
4) AMS has successfully negotiated a Change of Business before. The model is successful. It all fell apart due to the inability to raise money and a poor choice of Green arush and Pauls incompetency in handling Odyssee.. Whatever the hell Oddyyssee was supposed to be.
5j Maybe they like a paul Mann. On paper he is supposed to have US and a california connections. I am not supporting the validity of those claims.
I have other speculative rationale about the deal but i will keep them to myself.
If this deal goes through ANC is the big winner. They have given up nothing !,
NOBODY on this board cares about building a company. ALL we want is to see is an increased share price so we make some money.
That potential does exist if we can get a Definitive deal and a Change of Business.

"ALL we want is to see is an increased share price so we make some money." LOL, how do you figure share price will INCREASE if they issue 666,000,000 shares for a company that doesn't even have a Cultivation License?

Valid points. There must be other shells without the baggage. And if AMS is trying to raise funds at .035, why would ANC pay .045? If a deal is reached, I would be surprised if ANC doesn't lower deemed price to .035.

So now Investorwrong is stalking me on other boards because he can't offer an intelligent response to the concerns I have raised on this steaming pile. You are a sad petty little creature.
