I'm not saying you're an idiot graphy but something is wrong with your reading comprehension skills or you are just dishonest. That article clearly says the shxwhay-first-nation got an HC cannabis license, not ANCC.  That you and InvestorRights take that and then try to tell folks it was ANCC that got the license is a sign of desperation and dishonesty.
