After almost 5 years MLS has yet to complete their required environmental assessment requirements!

Fron MLS' latest MD&A:

"MLS has not yet fully constructed the Launch Complex, completed full provincial and federal regulatory approval for operations or generated any revenues from the provision of its anticipated services. "
