RE: The project is progressing

RE: The project is progressingSo if you invite people to a picnic/BBQ and it rains on your party....Do you say your friends should shun you, because you could not control Mother Nature, and it rained when you had promised them a BBQ/picnic?????? The spirit of the agreement has and is being met..work is progressing very nicely. This is NOT a project that has been abandoned..etc. Since the spirit and intent of the agreement is being met..re completing the construction..although not on 2 March...why are you looking for technicalities? You can not get a reno project completed on time in Canada....housing is delayed because certain trades/products are not available as planned. Stores that ordered items eg furniture from China..were not able to deliver as promised because of a backlog in the ports situation in Vancouver...and customers had to wait weeks...sometimes months. Eventually these orders were delivered, but in the interim, everyones plans were delayed because of logistics that were simply beyond the control of the store...or the customer...etc...etc... We are not talking about a situation where there has been NO construction activity...etc...there has been alot of construction work. Logistics is something that crops up for every company. EVERY company. imo mpe is meeting the spirit of the intention. And the project will be fully up and running in a couple of weeks. So you are going to penalize mgt out of their shares because of circumstances beyond their control??????? Sounds pretty mean spirited to me.
