RE:RE:RE:RE:Closed - not closed ????BJ Benny is correct and the new closing date is as per the statement from the amendment:
"2. The Closing Date mentioned in paragraph 1(a) of the Terms and Conditions of Subscription in the Original Subscription Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the reference to March 23, 2017 and replacing with a new Closing Date April 30, 2017."
They will close the first traunch in the next couple days.
There is a meeting in California today at 1:30pm local time which should give them an idea about how many greenhouses they can put up over there.
I said earnings as 10-20 million as an example to give an idea of what the market cap would be in the future; i'm not too worried about if at the end of 2018 they make 20 million in earnings as opposed to 30 million... It's all very speculative right but i would say you can bet on the share price going over $2.00 next year for sure.
Also they are hiring somebody to help get investors attention to the stock to raise the share price, we should see a release about this coming soon.
