RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:California - the real factsThe directors and insiders already have a lot of warrants and options with excercise prices much lower....  Raymond for example has 4.95 million options and 400,000 warrants....  I think they will spend their money excercising these options and warrants before they put money in a private placement...
