Raymond has 4.5M options?????

Raymond has 4.5M options?????Now that is laughable.   What has he done to "earn" all those options at probably 8 cents or less????

For 3 years he has fed everyone BS about Telwka B.C. and an obsolete greenhouse that would help get a HC license.  2018 before MGW might even have a chance to get HC approval.  

100's of companies trying to get a HC license for MJ so you just never know "if" approval with be given.
