RE:nothing on california and nevadaNevada is a year or more away.  They are going to try and buld something new there as well and with permits, etc., etc it won't happen fast with this managment team.

Now California where MGW is only a slum Landlord on the land rental and a consultant to the project and hasn't even been paid "ever" by Emerald Collective is anothe whole guessing game.

From March 31st, 2017 financial statements (& the company issues this information)

10. ECONOMIC DEPENDENCE
 
The Company currently relies on a single customer, Emerald Farm Collective (“Emerald”), to generate its revenues. As a result, the Company is economically dependent on Emerald.
During the three months ended March 31, 2017, the Company generated leasing fees of $119,790 (same period last year - $nil) and consulting fees of $99,825 (same period last year - $nil). As at March 31, 2017, other receivable includes $490,032 due from Emerald (December 31, 2016 - $250,486).
