I have worked at construction for over 40 yrs and what you are looking at here is a few hrs work. Scrape out a hole with an excavator (not even below frost line I may add); nail together a few 2x8 and place a few meters of concrete. I see three people in this picture not including truck driver and person taking picture. Total cost of materials in picture not even $1000....WTF.
