RE:RE:RE:RE:Prediction for Tuesday Apr 3 2018I've been to their new office. It's a substantial upgrade from their previous office.
Here are some answers to your questions.
1. They no longer have production in California. They terminated the JV back in late January. But MGW still own the 20 acres and the 2 greenhouses. Currently, the county hasn't released its regulations on cannabis which is probably why those greenhouses remain empty. The JV still owes MGW consulting fees and they may be reimbursing MGW by assisting them with securing a different county in California that is legalized.
Read Jan 24 2017 News Release 2. Last I heard cannabis oil is still their target market. Once BC is in production, they planned on producing 80% oils and 20% dry goods. Their current application for a Dealer's License indicates to me that they do plan on export oils to Asia and this can't happen until they have production. I don't believe MGW has anyone who is adept in oil extraction. I'm pretty sure they will outsource this process. Otherwise I would fear how long it would take them to have a lab set up.
3. I don't have much to add to this question. I believe we'll hear more on progress in the US when they have completed their transfer to NEO exchange.
PP Closing News Release I think it was a good idea for MGW to go public. Otherwise they wouldn't have been able to secure financing to expand to Nevada and California. It was crutial for them to secure the sites before legalization as I'm sure land prices would have skyrocketed after legalization.
