(“MMP”), for the Company’s cannabis cultivation facility, currently under construction, located in Telkwa, British Columbia (the “Telkwa Facility”). The exterior of the Telkwa Facility has been completed by Rethinking Construction. Interior construction for the Telkwa Facility will commence this week. It is anticipated that the interior construction for the Telkwa Facility will be completed within a two-month period.
