Sessions was a problem for any company who wanted to set up shop in the States. Until Trump signs the bill that gives States rights, MJ is still classified as Schedule 1 and federally illegal.
But I agree about the money. They need the money! They were suppose to have the money in the bank around Nov 9.
"The Loan is expected to be advanced on or about November 9, 2018, or such other date as may be determined by the Lender."
Guess we'll find out in the next few days if the money is there.
