He is desperate and panick stricken. Now he is forced into paying .215 a share instead of .10 cents. I feel for you Grizzlyadams1. Nothings works anymore. Greedy Grizz should be his new nickname. When an unexpected press release comes out which will be totally unexpected, and anytime now, the stock will shoot up to over a 1.00 a share in no time. That means he will have failed badly, and have no choice but to move on to PURE or whoever. That would not even last a day. LOL. He would not be able to do it, as he fears any company but MGW.
