This week security fencing should be finished , still pouring sidewalks outside , BC power should have power connected for HVAC testing. It's going 7 days a week . Most of the work right now has to do with the interior and probably not visible from street side. Apparently, the equipment for the facility was ordered but delivery was delayed due to a backlog from the manufacturers/distributors due to industry wide demand. A good question to ask management is whether they received the equipment as license audit readiness will depend on this. Contractual work

I did drive by there today, first time in awhile. Noticed that there’s a high fence around the entire building and perimeter.(not sure if its complete) There are several large what i would call HVAC systems on the roof that were not last time. Seemed like ltheres still equipment and a few vehiles on site. The parking lot area seems to be leveled out all the way to the perimeter fence, dont

Thanks Canada8 for checking it out. Sounds like progress, but curious why IR has not put up any pictures for at least a couple of months. The fence presence is integral for security clearance compliance which is a good sign as it is apparently one of the last things on the exterior that is required to be completed subsequent to the review stage and prior to the license being issued.
