2 insiders looking for a total of 250 000 shares at 31 cents .  Bullmarkets did u sell your shares at 10-15 cents to me ?

That is one buyer of 238,000 shares at .31. Only insiders buy 75,000 worth of a company that has had no news in months.... unless they know something positive.
